Steps to perform Standing Bird Dog Exercise.

1) Place your hands on your hips and bring your feet together
2) Put your weight on one leg and slide your other leg back (to hip height).
3) Maintain a parallel position with the floor while turning the torso
4) Stretch your body line by raising your opposite arm and leg
5) Return to your original position
6) Reverse the direction and repeat
